You just don't know how much I'm hurting right now.
I had to do what I did.
I had to let go of you.
I had to before the time will come that I can't let go of you anymore...
I had to do it sooner than later...
I'm sorry.
You meant so much to me.
It's just that I can't bear to be with you anymore for I know that I'll be hurt in the end.
I had to let go of you before I get so caught up with you.
I hope you understand.

People say UP that UP gives the hardest admission test. True. But once you pass it, you'll realize that getting into UP is the easiest part of college life in the said university.
Once you passed and enrolled in UP, you must be prepared for a work-loaded and stressful college life. Being in UP is not easy. You're lucky if your schedule is half-day. In my case, I stay in UP Manila the whole day.
My class starts at 8:30 am on every weekday except Wednesday, when it's 7:00 am. And my class ends, the latest being at 4:00 pm. There's an hour and a half lunch break, and sometimes it's not enough.
I've been in UP Manila for less than 2 months last year -- that was before I got sick -- and to think, I should have been more or less acquainted with the system. NOT! I'm still getting used to it, again.
Oh well, I'm a FREE student here. No blockmates to crowd the halls with and to eat lunch with. Good thing I've made a few friends already so I have someone I walk and eat lunch with everyday.
Classes are fine anyway. I love Comm 1. It has always been my favorite subject anyway. Some of my classes are already deep in the lecture, some gave quizzes already, some are just starting.
I'm also trying to join different organizations. Please do pray that I get into Manila Collegian. I'm gonna schedule my admission test there on Saturday, 9-12 am. I've been invited by various sororities but I doubt if I'll join. Maybe if I see that they have a good cause then I'll probably join. But if I see that they're just one of the no-good ones then I'll dismiss the thought of joining IMMEDIATELY. If I get into Manila Collegian, I'll probably be the happiest staffer there. :) I'm applying for a news writer position and I do hope I get in.
Sigh. I sleep late -- around 12 midnight to 1 am -- and I wake up at 5 am everyday. Well, at least I'm reminded myself that I need to buy vitamins.
Oh, another thing, I saw ~cpamz in Robinson's Place yesterday. She's really a pretty fashionista! :) I hope I get to meet more Tabulas users!!!
Anyway, just wanna apologize to those blogs that I haven't visited for a long time already. Don't worry, you'll hear from me soon. And when you do, be prepared! :P
See ya guys!

Yes! At last!!! :P
I'm just so happy now that I'm officially enrolled in UP Manila. That's after 1 week and a half of checking my status at the OCS windows of CSA, checking the number of available slots and praying that my desired subjects would still have a slot for me, lining up at different windows just to get the desired form, applying for additional slots, and lastly, paying for my tuition fee.
Yey! I'm a 1st year regular student. Yipee!!!
Cheers to everyone!
Darn... I feel so tired today. It's been raining all day and I've been walking all day too! My pants are totally wet from the rain. Argh.
I was at UP Manila at 6:30 am and I left there at around 5 pm. *sigh* At least, starting tomorrow, I won't be lining up at the OCS window and I already have a class schedule!!! :)

I've been really busy these past few days.
I barely have time to go through my email already. And the only forum I've been active in is PhilippinePets.Com. The others haven't been visited for months already. *sigh* I still have about 300 unread messages in my inbox. Darn. THAT MANY. Those are regular mails, mind you. The yahoo! groups and the forum notifications are in separate folders. Oh well.
Anyway, last week I've been in UP everyday but Tuesday. I was in for Late Registration. I've pre-enlisted but they didn't register it. So my Form 5-A is literally empty. Well, there's NSTP but that DOES NOT really count. Darn. I had to enlist all my subjects again. I've made out a schedule and I think if it gets approved, I'll be happy the whole sem. :-D Please pray that I get the schedule that I want. Please please please. I hate how the system of enrollment and registration is in UP. The lines are always very long. And sometimes, you fall in line just for a single piece of paper. (That's the case with the drawing of EPN.) Darn, I don't even wanna talk about registration in UP. Hahaha. It's soooo painful to even think about it.
I'm still a Freshman Pharmacy student, and though I'm not with a block, I think I can manage. At least I get to meet lots of new people. I still have my old block there to go with anyway. *sigh* I was just really tired last week. I feel like I can sleep the whole day. (I wish!) Last Friday was my scheduled date for drawing of the EPN. Friday morning, I attended Botany 11 classes because I'm gonna ask the teachers there if they could hold additional slots. I got in! Yey! At least I'm assured that I'm gonna have Botany 11 in my sched. Haha. And that's aside from NSTP. LOL My other problem is Math 17. Bot 11 and Math 17 are prerequisites so I need to take them. There's no problem with that, actually, I just want to get the timeslot that I want for Math 17. :-D Hm... I'm gonna place here my sched sometime.
Since it was the first meeting, we were dismissed pretty early. I was out by 12 noon. I went to UP Health Service for the medical certificate, which I need for the drawing of EPN later. Lunch break so I got back at 1 pm. I had lunch at Chowking alone. I HATE eating alone! And there was a couple with me in the table. Hahaha. I was just glad for their company. Anyway, I went to a clinic there in front of PGH. Mind you, there are lots of clinics there and they're much faster than PGH, although UP-PGH services are FREE. LOL So I asked the doctor there to give me a medical certificate. Then I went back to UP Health Service. They told me that I need to fill up the PGH form and have the doctor sign there. Ah... And then they told me that I need to have my xray. Darn. Good thing that xray in the clinic I went it could be rushed. Xray and Medical certificate was done in less than an hour. Whew. Now all I need is for the certificate to be validated and I'm in! It was around 3:30 pm that I got out of UP Health Service with my validated medical certificate. Now it's time to draw the EPN. Darn, the line was sooo long and I was number 187! Good thing my some of my blockmates were there so we kept each other's company. We got to the OCS window at around 5:30. Gawd. Then we're to come to the cybernook on Tuesday for the processing of registration. *sigh* Registration in UP takes a week! LOL Everyone in UP is late reg, except for the freshies. Haha. They're gonna have their TIME at late reg too. :P
Lucius is fine. This morning, I styled his hair in a different way. :) He looks so cute. Sorry I have no pictures. But I assure you that he's really cute. He's so handsome that you would want to take him home. Hahaha. Anyway, he's so naughty now and he follows me wherever I go. When I took a bath, he waited for me to get out of the bathroom. He was so cute just sleeping there at the door. :) Then when I got dressed, we played and played and played. Then I took a nap. Waah... I miss him already. ^_^
Lucius is really gaining appetite. He already eats pure dog food. Thank God. He's eating Eukanuba now. I don't know where to get Eagle so I bought Eukanuba instead. The only downside is that the poop is soooo foul-smelling. But it's ok. I can manage. LOL
Sorry guys for I haven't visited your blog for weeks already. Don't worry coz when I do, you'll know that I did. :-D See ya!

Pork Sinigang
This is the first dish that I ever learned how to cook. It's actually my favorite Filipino dish so I made it a point to cook this perfectly. :) By the way, Sinigang is a preparation of meat or fish cooked with sour fruit, tomatoes, vegetables, and rice water.
Ingredients:
1 kilo pork (liempo or kasim), cut into pieces
2 medium-sized ripe tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup tamarind fruit OR 2 sachets of Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok mix
3 medium-sized gabi, chopped
3 medium-sized radish, sliced
1 bundle of okra (around 8 pieces)
2 cups kangkong leaves and stem
8 cups rice water
1/4 tsp. fish sauce (patis)
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
Place pork in a saucepan with rice water. Let it boil. Add tomatoes and tamarind if the pork is already tender. Be sure to remove the skin and seeds from the tamarind once it has softened. Add gabi and the raddish. Add okra when the gabi is already soft. Season with fish sauce and add a pinch of salt. Add kangkong and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve hot.
I just cut my waist-long hair and had it somewhat styled.
Now I have bra-line long hair and I have side bangs. :P
Here are some pictures:
I'm sorry I haven't been blogging and bloghopping much. I've been terribly busy these past few days. I haven't even time to read all my emails!!!
Anyway, I would just like to update on things.
Lucius got sick. :( He had gastroenteritis. I rushed him to the vet last June 1 because he had been vomiting a lot. His poop was also watery and had some trace of blood. I panicked, really. So I rushed him to the vet and he told me that Lucius had gastroenteritis. So the vet prescribed an antibiotic and a rehydration solution for Lucius. Poor baby. :( On that same day, I started him on Cherifer, a food supplement. It's actually for humans, but it also works well on puppies. Anyway, Lucius is now feeling great! I gave him a bath this morning. (At last!) LOL He now also has a GOOD appetite! He's lively and he's soooo naughty now. Haha. I love him so much! I'm so glad that he's already feeling well. I'm gonna lessen our trips together though. The vet discouraged me to bring him to gatherings because he's still not finished with the 5 in 1 shots. Oh well. Better be safe than sorry. ;)
Another thing, tomorrow's my enrollment. Yay! I'm going back to UP Manila!!! I'm so excited to see all of my friends there again. Hehehe. Schools gonna start on June 7, though. Why just enrolling tomorrow? That's the sched for old returning students. I have to go there early though to get ahead of everyone!
I'm also dumped with paperwork. I have to deal with a lot of records. Mind you, I've been stalling them for a while so here they come attacking me. Hahaha. I'm really not stalling those paperwork just because I don't want to do it. It's just that I'm busy with other things.
And that other things, mainly compose of PPC. I've been so busy with that! I've been an active poster in the forums. Hahaha. I'm the TOP POSTER actually. I'm also busy attending gatherings, shows, and other PPC-related events. Whew! Sounds like a lot no? LOL
By the way, my article entitled PPC: An Online Pet Haven got published in the Mabuhay News under Ria Pavia's Bits and Bobs column. Thank you so much Chuchay for publishing my work. It means a lot to me and to PPC. :-D *hugs*
Ok, that's all for now. See ya'll guys soon! Mwahugs!
P.S. I also got my hair cut. :-D I now have bangs (again) and I sport a shorter hair. From waist-long hair to mid-length hair. :-D I'm gonna try to post a pic though. See ya!
